Spanish Cedar 4/4 8', 6/4 8' & 8/4 8' and 10'
Traditionally known as the wood of choice for humidors, but also makes very attractive outdoor furniture and decking that will stay beautiful for years to come. Spanish Cedar is a bit of a misnomer - it's not Spanish and it's not Cedar. Comes from Brazil, and a member of the Mahogany family. Take the time to inhale the scent of freshly sawn Spanish Cedar – it’s great!

Continuing Specials

Oak Shorts - We don’t have the room to properly display all of our Oak shorts (off-cuts), so for the time being we’ll be selling them for just $.50 a pound regardless of length. Check out the blue rack – it’s piled high!

Mahogany “Seconds” – About 1000 bf altogether, in 4/4 and 8/4 - some very long boards. Priced at $1.00 lb. Again, not the best quality, but some real prizes if you can work around the defects. Some interesting mystery boards in this mix as well.

Shorts (regularly priced at $1.00 - $1.50/lb)
For anyone new to KJP, we have an entire section full of small, miscellaneous sizes of wood, mostly domestics, sold by the pound. It’s the perfect place to find that odd-sized piece to finish your project.

As before, all glue-ups and any boards less than 18” in length are priced at only 50 cents per pound, regardless of species. Some real bargains here!
